Ingredients
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch cilantro
2 each jalapeno
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tbsp salt
4 oz olive oil or vegetable oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions
- Use food processor.
- Place the parsley and cilantro in the food processor.
- Cut the jalapenos and add them to the food processor. then add the garlic, lemon juice, salt, and the oil.
- Blend until almost smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning, cover, and store in the fridge.
