With mediterranean ingredients like olives, feta cheese, tomatoes, and herbs. This combination offers a tasty and satisfying twist on traditional tuna sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz tuna albacore or solid white

  • 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce

  • 1/3 cup olive tapenade

  • 3 oz plum tomato

  • 2 oz feta sliced 1/8″

  • 1 oz arugula

  • 1 french baguette

Directions

  • Combine the tuna and the tzatziki sauce and set aside.
  • Cut the baguette in half and spread olive tapenade evenly on the top and bottom.
  • On the bottom half of the baguette layer 6 oz of the tuna mix, plum tomatoes, feta cheese, and arugula then close with the top half of the baguette.
