Black Olive Pesto

2 cups basil leaf, fresh
2 tbsp walnuts
1/4 cups black olives
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cups EVO (extra virgin olive oil)
Directions
- Combine the basil, nuts, olives, and garlic in a food processor or blender and process until finely chopped scraping the sides twice or thrice as necessary.
- With the motor running add the olive oil slowly, in a steady stream through the feed tube, and continue to process until thick and smooth.
- Cover tightly and chill until ready to use.
