The flavor is robust and garlicky, with a hint of tanginess from the lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (see notes to make it vegan)

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed) see notes

  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp parsley (optional)

Directions

  • Mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl (or blender) until smooth.
  • Place in refrigerator for at least 30 min before serving.

Notes

  • To make it vegan use vegan mayo.
  • To get 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice use 1 1/4 lemons
