Ingredients

  • 2 cups basil leaf, fresh

  • 2 tbsp walnuts

  • 1/4 cups black olives

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1/2 cups EVO (extra virgin olive oil)

Directions

  • Combine the basil, nuts, olives, and garlic in a food processor or blender and process until finely chopped scraping the sides twice or thrice as necessary.
  • With the motor running add the olive oil slowly, in a steady stream through the feed tube, and continue to process until thick and smooth.
  • Cover tightly and chill until ready to use.
