Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients
1 bunch cilantro leaves
1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
TT Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 each red chili pepper
3/4 tsp oregano
Directions
- Combine the cilantro, parsley, pepper, garlic, and vinegar in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. With the motor running, slowly add the oil through the feed tube until smooth. Add salt and pepper, to taste, and pulse a few times until combined.
