This savory herb sauce pairs well with wings and other cuisines.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch cilantro leaves

  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • TT Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 each red chili pepper

  • 3/4 tsp oregano

Directions

  • Combine the cilantro, parsley, pepper, garlic, and vinegar in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. With the motor running, slowly add the oil through the feed tube until smooth. Add salt and pepper, to taste, and pulse a few times until combined.
