Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise (see notes to make it vegan)
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed) see notes
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp parsley (optional)
Directions
- Mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl (or blender) until smooth.
- Place in refrigerator for at least 30 min before serving.
Notes
- To make it vegan use vegan mayo.
- To get 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice use 1 1/4 lemons
