This spread is versatile and enhances the flavor of sandwiches or can be used as a stand-alone dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup mixed olives green and kalamata

  • 3 tbsp of olive oil or vegetable oil

  • 1 tbsp capers

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1/3 cup parsley

  • 1/2 tsp chile garlic sauce (optional)

Directions

  • Put all ingredients in the food processor and combine but keep chunky.
  • Put in container and chill until needed.

Notes

  • The olives can be substituted with roasted vegetables.
