Ingredients
4 oz tuna albacore or solid white
1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
1/3 cup olive tapenade
3 oz plum tomato
2 oz feta sliced 1/8″
1 oz arugula
1 french baguette
Directions
- Combine the tuna and the tzatziki sauce and set aside.
- Cut the baguette in half and spread olive tapenade evenly on the top and bottom.
- On the bottom half of the baguette layer 6 oz of the tuna mix, plum tomatoes, feta cheese, and arugula then close with the top half of the baguette.
